Redwing Farm is a small-scale market garden located in South Jersey that emphasizes a holistic approach to growing produce. Utilizing regenerative farming practices that focus on building soil health and resilience, Redwing Farm values what happens below the soil surface as much as what happens above it.

Through regenerative practices including the reduction of soil disturbance as well as cover cropping, Redwing Farm aims to foster the microbial life in the soil to in turn foster vigorous growth of  the plants above the surface.

The farm offers a diverse array of seasonal vegetables and fruits, with plans to introduce orchard-grown fruit in the near future. In addition to our fresh produce, Redwing is proud to offer a growing line of unique, farm-crafted value-added products, including sauces, preserves, and spice blends—all made with ingredients grown on the farm. Redwing Farm is a space committed to regeneration, and connection to the land.
